Job Title:             Tradeshow and Marketing Coordinator 

Location:             Chelmsford, MA


How you will make a difference:

The Tradeshow and Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the Endeavor Robotics team, responsible for planning and execution of all company tradeshows.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong marketing acumen, exceptional project management skills, and demonstrated experience managing multiple, large-scale events.


  • Manage all logistics around tradeshows and events, including contract negotiation, payment processing, staffing, giveaways, onsite management (of large events only), and budget;

  • Coordinate event strategy and goals with internal stakeholders, including sales, business development, product management and company leadership

  • Contract with third-party vendors for graphic elements required for show production

  • Order and organize all company marketing materials required for event distribution

  • Manage logistics of event materials, including coordination, prep and shipment of marketing and product assets

  • Work with internal clients to identify exhibit and sponsorship opportunities.

  • Work with sales & marketing teammates to help ensure success of fully integrated pre- post- and at-show marketing campaigns that generate quality booth traffic

  • Manage hotel/travel arrangements for staff (larger events only)

  • Manage association memberships

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Tradeshows, Event Planning, or Project Management

  • Demonstrated experience managing high-profile events from start to finish

  • Aptitude with high-tech products and the ability to demonstrate and present products at tradeshows to target customers

  • Comfortable managing and communicating at both the big picture and granular detail levels;

  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic with the flexibility to work individually or with a team;

  • Ability to travel up to 50% (Domestic and International) at peak times

  • Very strong written and verbal communication

  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 20 lbs
