Job Title:          DoD Logistics Analyst/Product Support Manager


Location:             Chelmsford, MA


How you will make a difference:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing full lifecycle product support to Endeavor's products.  You will manage multiple logistics and product support functions during all phases of the product lifecycle; including the design and development engineering phase, new product introductions, product sustainment (meeting customer requirements within scope, budget and schedule) and product phase out.


  • Coordinate efforts for multiple product lines in order to ensure high system operational availability, support program cost targets, product acceptance by the customer base, and to ensure engineering and software efforts are designed with human factors, maintainability, usability, and supportability in mind. 
  • Represent logistics and product support on cross-functional project teams including training, documentation, maintainability, and trade compliance in support of ILS and NPI projects.
  • Creating, reviewing, and approving ECRs and ECNs for logistics impact.
  • Manage the execution of all kitting, sparing, overall repair strategy development, packaging and labeling options, and upgrade options/paths strategy development.
  • Work with and support sales and marketing team by providing point of sales part number identification, compatibility, or verification of spare parts, accessories, payloads, and DLRPs.
  • Review marketing materials and provide logistics inputs.
    • Manage customer product support cases and provide timely solutions to product failures. 
      • Provide Service Request (SR) and RMA triage and escalation.  Communicate with Depot and Customer on RMA status and resolve issues.
      • Investigate problems and drive root cause and corrective actions with engineering and other Competencies.
      • Drive process improvements to higher level leadership to support enhancements to customer product experience and post-sales support.



  • 4+ years of work experience preferred. Experience in inventory management, operations, and/or logistics required.
  • Experience with DoD program of records and DoD commercial programs a plus
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Software skills including MS Office (Access & Excel focus) required. Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and V-Lookup.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across departments 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually
